La band, nata quarant’anni fa a Brooklyn, New York e iniziata l’anno scorso nella prestigiosa Heavy Metal History Hall Of Fame, ha pubblicato ben sedici album in studio e vanta una storia come pochi altri. Dal leggendario debutto “Rock City” (1977), i RIOT hanno dato alle stampe molti classici dell’heavy metal, come “Fire Down Under” (con ‘Swords And Tequila’), il capolavoro “Thundersteel” (1988) e l’indimenticabile “The Privilege Of Power” (1990).
